The Ohio On Tap app that Brewers Marketing developed for the Ohio Craft Brewers Association (OCBA) has drawn rave reviews from users. The app has proven to be among the best methods of fostering public engagement that we have implemented so far.

The New York State Brewers Association has been using Brewers Marketing (or Local Explorers, whatever you want here) since 2017 when they helped us create the first fully developed and all-encompassing app that not only was a brewery finder but also had 2 passport programs built in as well as a customizable brewery trail creator. Needless to say, 40,000 downloads later (and growing), they’ve helped us with the evolution of the app to fit all of our needs over time. Their customer service has been outstanding as well whenever we’ve needed something, we couldn’t be happier with our relationship with them.  

They’ve been so responsive, even proactive, Jen in particular. And Susan is open to big ideas and changing things up and then walking us through how that process will work or won’t work. So it’s a total team of pros, and we’re still happy with how the app is functioning. And when we have questions, the service is fantastic.

We absolutely love working with Local Explorers on our Vermont Brewers Association passport app. The data and insights we have access to are invaluable, helping us better understand our users, improve engagement, and is a big value add for our brewery members. The storytelling aspect, where we can hear directly from app users, has truly made our day every time and has allowed us to share these stories on our website and social media. It’s inspiring to see how strongly the Vermont brewery brand is supported and celebrated by our community and we couldn’t do that without the support from Local Explorers.
